What we collect

• Order info: the products you buy, the price and the payment method used. Crypto payments are stored as transaction IDs; we do not see your card details.
• Support messages: any conversation you have with us via chat, email or Telegram.
• Usage data: basic analytics such as pages visited, referrer, device type and coarse location, used to improve the site.

Why we collect it

• To deliver the product you purchased and provide support.
• To operate the site — security, fraud prevention, invoicing.
• To send transactional emails such as order confirmations and license keys.
• To send optional product updates, only if you subscribe.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers we need to run the marketplace — payment processors, email delivery, and hosting. These providers are contractually bound to only use the data for the services they provide to us. We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies and tracking

We use a small number of first-party cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your cart. We use basic analytics to count page views. We do not run advertising trackers.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for as long as required by applicable tax and accounting law. Account data is kept while your account is active; you can request deletion at any time (see below).

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on managed infrastructure with encryption at rest. Access to production data is restricted to authorised staff. If you discover a security issue, please report it via /contact.
