1. Who we are

Craxs Labs (“we”, “us”) operates the marketplace at craxslabs.store, selling digital products including software, scripts, source code, templates and AI tools. By using the site or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase.

3. Purchases and licenses

• Each product page describes what you receive, the license type and the number of activations.
• Products are licensed to you, not sold. You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute a product unless the license explicitly allows it.
• License keys are personal and non-transferable. Sharing a key may result in revocation without refund.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered digitally, usually within a minute of payment confirmation. If delivery fails, contact support and we will reissue the product or refund the order under the Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use our products to break the law, distribute malware, or infringe someone else’s rights.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer our licensing systems or bypass DRM.
• Do not scrape, republish or resell content from our site.

6. Third-party products

Some products are supplied by third-party vendors. Their license terms apply in addition to these terms. We list only products vendors have the right to distribute; report any suspected infringement to us and we will investigate.

7. Warranty disclaimer

Products are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The Refund Policy describes what we will do when a product does not work as described.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
